Job Title: Team Leader - Adult Community Mental Health Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced practitioner to apply for the role of Team Leader of an Adult Community Mental Health Team in East Lancashire.

The team provides community mental health assessment, treatment, and support to a defined geographical area covering Hyndburn and Rossendale.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Registered professional with expert clinical knowledge and experience in a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).
  2. Evidence of leadership skills and relevant professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide clinical leadership and first-line management for a community-based mental health team.
  2. Work with senior clinicians to lead clinical governance, quality improvement, and performance management.
  3. Ensure team members have opportunities for continuing professional development.
  4. Drive improvements in clinical practice and patient care aligned with NHS modernization and Public Health agendas.
  5. Provide direct clinical care to patients.
