About the Role

As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft, you will support the management team and help drive sales, alongside the development and delivery of excellent customer service.

  1. Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards, and gift card transactions.
  2. Overseeing operations including merchandising, goods in, warehouse operations, and duty management responsibilities.
  3. Supporting and coaching new colleagues.
  4. Coordinating the workload of colleagues.
About you
  • A minimum of 1 year’s previous retail experience is essential (managerial or supervisory roles will be advantageous).
  • Must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others.
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer needs.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation.
  • Confident and clear communication skills.
  • Must be flexible to accommodate the business trading needs.
