Job summary

Victim Support is seeking a Children and Young People Team Leader to support two CYP Case Workers and three CHIDVAs in Warwickshire, delivering trauma-informed services to children affected by domestic abuse and crime. This full-time, hybrid role sits within a compassionate charity dedicated to those affected by crime.

You will lead day-to-day operations, safeguard practice, and use data to improve outcomes while developing the team and promoting wellbeing across Warwickshire.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams delivering services to children affected by crime and domestic abuse.
• Ability to use data and quality assurance to improve service delivery.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting and travel within Warwickshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day support to CYP Case Workers and CHIDVAs, maintaining high-quality, safe services.
• Support the Operations Manager with service development and effective running.
• Advise on safeguarding, risk, and case complexity to tailor support.
• Use data and learning from practice to identify trends and drive improvement.
