A children's care organization in Kettering is looking for a Children's Care Team Leader to manage daily operations of a shift. You will provide vital support to both staff and children, ensuring a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping young people, hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, and have experience working with children with learning disabilities. Position: Children's Care Team Leader
Location: Barton Seagrave, Kettering
Hours: 42 hours per week, on a rota basis

You will support the Registered Manager by leading the day-to-day management of a shift. This will involve providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower your team in supporting the children they support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Successful applicants will need to have experience supporting children with learning disabilities.
