Work with health and education professionals to wrap around support
Bring positivity, stability, and a healthy sense of fun!
You’ll Need:
Experience in children’s residential care (Team Leader or Senior RCW level)
A Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – Level 5 is a bonus
A strong sense of purpose and the belief that every child deserves a fresh start
Great communication, leadership, and people skills
