Job description
What You’ll Do

Some are non‑verbal, while others use PECS and Makaton to express themselves. They need help with all personal care, medication, routines, and encouragement to take part in play and activities. At times, they present behaviours like biting, hair pulling, inappropriate touch, or self‑harm, and they need calm, consistent staff to guide them through. As Day Team Leader, you’ll coordinate your team, keeping routines consistent and staff supported while still providing direct care yourself.
