Swanton Care in Warrington (WA2) is seeking a Team Leader for children’s residential services. You will lead a small team, support young people with complex needs, and promote safety, learning, and wellbeing within a nurturing environment.

The role requires passion for care, resilience, and strong communication. You’ll work on a rota including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for funded qualifications and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with complex health needs.
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care or currently working towards it.
• Commitment to working across a rota with varied shifts.
