Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is recruiting for a team leader in a children’s home setting in England. You will supervise shifts across a 24-hour cycle, support staff, and help children reach personal goals while developing life skills.

Applicants should have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, experience with complex needs, a DBS disclosure, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Ofsted recognised)
• Experience with children and young people with complex needs
• DBS disclosure
• UK right to work
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle and business insurance
• Confidence and fluency in spoken English
