Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. Our aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care, celebrating even the smallest positive changes.

Responsibilities

As a team leader you will: take care of our young people day to day, ensure things run smoothly, create lasting memories, and support the staff team. The home should operate to our high standards, with you deputising for the Registered and Deputy Managers when needed. Build relationships with our young people, demonstrate compassion, emotional resilience, and provide leadership to inspire colleagues.
