Job summary

Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care. Our team leaders are fulfilled by the idea of affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things.


Responsibilities


  • Take care of our young people day to day, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories.

What We Do for You


  • Salary: Base salary of £35,400 - £42,664.

  • Bonuses: Up to 3 sleep ins per month, paid at £80 per sleep, approximately £2,880 per year, plus attendance allowances up to £1,400 per year.

  • Training: A full 4-week induction on our Care Academy.

  • Holiday: 7 weeks holiday.
