A leading organization in Ashbourne is seeking a Residential Team Leader to support young people with learning disabilities and trauma. The role involves planning shifts, reviewing care plans, and providing high-quality care. Job Title: Residential Team Leader
Location: Ashbourne
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in allowance)
Working Hours: Full-time
Hourly Rate: Competitive – includes time and a third for overtime
Number of Sleeps Required: Approx. 11 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £70.47
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with LD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar setting
Employment Type: Permanent
Number of Beds: 3-bed

Type of YPs: LD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE
An experienced and qualified Team Leader who can plan shifts, review care plans, and support young people using therapeutic and positive parenting strategies
Must hold a full manual UK driving licence
Committed to ongoing professional development
Sound knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
