Responsibilities

• Overseeing referrals on a duty basis and offering professional support to an experienced team of social workers and Advanced Practitioners.
• Liaising with Team Leaders and Service Managers to ensure smooth transitions between Teams.
• Providing line management support and professional supervision to social workers and Advanced Practitioners.
• Contributing to the Management Team to uphold Practice Standards and develop the Team with the Service Manager and Team Leaders.
• Collaborating with Customer Service Advisers, Health and Social Care and Emergency Social Care colleagues to deliver services.
