Job summary

The Fleet Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, seeks a Team Leader to oversee daily care delivery and lead shifts ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support. You will work with the nursing and management team to maintain standards and regulatory compliance.

You will lead shifts, supervise care staff, and coordinate care delivery, including care planning, medication administration, documentation and risk management.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care required.
• Medication administration training with competency required.
• Experience leading or supporting a care team desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise care staff to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Coordinate care delivery, including care planning, documentation and risk management.
• Ensure practices align with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
• Promote best practice and support staff development and audits.
