Care Team Leader Role
  • Leading and supervising your shift
  • Managing residents' care plans and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Administering and recording medication
  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop services
  • Maintaining a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

About You
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
  • Well-organized, IT literate, and able to delegate effectively
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Understanding of care planning processes
  • Experience or willingness to undertake medication administration training
  • A natural ability to make a positive impact on residents' lives
