The Role
  1. Leading and supervising your shift
  2. Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered
  3. Administering and recording medication
  4. Carrying out risk assessments
  5. Supporting residents with daily needs alongside care assistants, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible
  6. Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
  7. Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

Additional requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
