Join Our Team as a Team Leader at Radis Community Care

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our new Bowman Court service in Aldridge WS9. This service will feature 12 apartments and shared facilities supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities.

As a Team Leader, you will provide person-centred support within our Supported Living Services, ensuring tailored care that respects each individual's unique needs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing service operations alongside the Managers, conducting audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, updating support plans, and working to help individuals achieve their outcomes.

The role involves scheduling and allocating work to Support Workers, assisting with medication and personal care, and covering shifts within the services. You will also participate in the on-call system.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to client needs.
