Team Leader Care

Hilton Care provides supported living to adults with a learning disability, including people with moderate, severe, and profound learning disabilities. This includes individuals that have associated physical disabilities, sensory impairment, and/or mental health needs. We are passionate about helping people to live full, independent, and active lives in their community.

As a Team Leader, you will primarily be based in one service providing continuity of care supporting both service users and your team. Team Leaders need to be able to set the standard regarding the deliverance of personal care and be willing and able to support our service users in all aspects of their daily lives so that they can choose what they want to do, when they want to do it, and who they want to do it with. Every day is different, depending on the activities that the service users want to do, from running their home, shopping, leisure, and social activities.

The key objective of the role is to ensure that the needs of service users are being met in accordance with contractual arrangements, at all times, identifying opportunities for improving the service where possible.

Managing Activities

4. Enables service users to maintain and improve their mental health and well-being
5. Enables service users to maintain, develop, and utilize a range of external relationships

1. Contributes to the management of all financial resources
2. Manages and maintains all physical resources and company/housing association assets within the area of responsibility

Managing People

1. Trains and develops the team
2. Manages performance and conduct
3. Contributes to morale, motivation, and team working within the Company

Managing Information

1. Manages the integrity, availability, communication, and confidentiality of a wide range of information sources
