About the Position
As a Team Leader – Business Development EMEA , you’ll not only drive new business but also lead and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), contributing directly to Energy Exemplar’s continued growth and commercial success across EMEA. This is a player-coach role — you'll own your own pipeline while also supporting, mentoring, and managing a small but high-performing team.
You will report to the Director – Commercial Operations, and work closely with regional Sales Directors, Sales Executives, Customer Success Teams and Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong sales acumen, strategic mindset, and a passion for team leadership.
