Salary - Rates of pay from £13.20ph to £13.62ph depending on store location

Hours of Work - 37.5 hours a week

About The Role

As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft, you will support the management team and help drive sales, alongside developing and delivering excellent customer service.


  • Operating the till and accurately handling transactions
  • Overseeing operations including merchandising, goods in, warehouse, and duty management
  • Supporting and coaching new colleagues
  • Coordinating Colleague workload
  • Answering customer inquiries
About You

  • Minimum 1 year’s retail experience, managerial or supervisory experience advantageous
