A national healthcare organization in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a skilled supervisor to support service delivery and manage team dynamics in blood donation activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, strong coaching abilities, and experience in people management. Job Summary
This exciting role will allow you to help support service delivery and achievement of key performance indicators for this team.
You will have a range of office skills and ability and will work alongside the team in office and Blood Donation sessions working with a variety of different IT systems and other systems of work.
People skills and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders within NHSBT is essential and you will be able to manage different workloads to achieve deadlines and compliance.
Blood Donation is a fast paced changing environment and you will be on board with local as well as national initiatives to ensure the sufficiency of supply in Blood Collections.
