A leading company in the leasehold sector is seeking a committed team leader to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure top service standards and handle performance management for a team of 10. A solid understanding of RICS and TPI standards is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills.
If you're confident in leading people and sorting out problems without fuss, this could be a good fit. You'll be the one keeping things ticking, smoothing out complaints, and spotting ways to raise the bar across the board. No drama, just proper oversight and clear direction.
You'll be:
Running the day-to-day for a team of 10 across all levels, including regular 1:1s and performance reviews
Handling complaints that get escalated and checking in with clients to make sure standards are being met
Approving budgets, reviewing service levels, and producing simple reports with your team
Supporting development, training, and performance so people know where they stand and how to improve
This is for someone who already knows the leasehold world and is comfortable working to RICS and TPI standards. If you can keep calm under pressure, work without needing hand-holding, and actually want to get stuck in with people, you'll fit in well.
