Base pay range

Team Leader - Supported Living | Blackpool (FY1)

Contract: Temp to Perm | Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

This is a temporary-to-permanent role with a 12-week probationary period—a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a supportive and rewarding environment.

About the Role:
  • Lead the daily operations of a supported living service
  • Ensure responsive, personalised care aligned with each individual’s needs
  • Promote independence, community inclusion, and personal development
  • Meet all contractual, regulatory, and quality standards
What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum 2 Years’ Experience Supporting Individuals With Learning Disabilities
  • Previous experience in team supervision or management
  • Understanding of CQC standards, best practice, and relevant legislation
  • Right to work in the UK (please note: we do not offer sponsorship)
  • Two references (one from your most recent employer)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
Working Hours:
  • Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexibility required - includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per rota
Pay Details:
  • £15.80 per hour - Weekdays (Probation)
  • £16.00 per hour - Nights and Weekends (Probation)
