Team Leader

In addition to providing leadership and support to team members, you will ensure a high standard of service, creating a safe and clean environment for everyone.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
• Food Handling and Stock Control
• Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
• Cleaning
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Dealing Face-to-Face with Large Groups of People
• Addressing and Resolving Complaints
• Induction and Training of Team Members
• Coaching Team Members
• Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
