As our Team Leader, you’ll lead and inspire the team on shift, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, setting up your department for success, and coaching your team. Your professional and engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will guarantee a fun, value-for-money experience for our customers.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when availability from Team Members is most needed. The typical shift patterns include:

  • Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
  • Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
  • Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre. You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeship programmes and management training to support your career growth.
