Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader at Lighthouse Care on a flexible bank contract.

Lighthouse provides specialist support and care for clients with a wide range of support needs, including long-term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse.

What we are looking for:
  • Confidence and agility to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Ensure standards are maintained through monitoring and auditing, providing professional support to care colleagues
  • Review care plans and medication administration efficiently
  • Assist adults with mental health conditions in accessing the community and supporting appointments
  • Manage rota efficiently to ensure proper deployment of care staff
  • Establish good relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families
  • Work with the General Manager to ensure completion of induction and mandatory training, and identify additional training needs
  • Collaborate on achieving action plans from external regulators or internal support functions
Salary and Hours

Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

Shift Patterns: 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am
