As a Team Leader at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for leading the care planning process, monitoring resident well-being, and ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other key responsibilities include assisting with discharges, practicing safe systems of work, and demonstrating the ability to lead staff.
