Residential Team Leader - £14.17 - £14.74 per hour

As a Team Leader, you will have previous experience working with people in residential care. You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. You will have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing and will have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with all those around you, ensuring family and friends feel welcomed, and keeping healthcare professionals and your Line Manager informed. You will also be responsible for writing up care plans.

Salary: £14.17 - £14.74 per hour. Working Hours: 24 hours per week. The shift times are 07:45-20:15.
