Position: Team Leader at Trenewydd

Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience working with older people in residential care
  • Flexibility, patience, and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Currently working towards or holding a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Responsibilities

Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals; keeping the Line Manager informed about residents' needs and progress; following guidelines and policies; and writing care plans.
