Job summary

BUPA Mindplace in Gateshead is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Newcastle Mindplace team on site. You will help manage shifts and support a close-knit team delivering excellent guest experiences in a unique leisure setting.

The role involves guiding shift teams, personal recommendations to guests, and maintaining our high standards across the venue. Part-time hours and competitive benefits are offered.

• Managing team on shift to pre-empt guest patterns, and exceed guest expectations
• Encouraging team to give personal recommendations to guests, upselling and cross selling food and drink where possible
• Maintaining high standards across our jungle
