We are looking for a Residential Team Leader to join our team at Greenhill. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. As a Team Leader, you should have prior experience working with older adults in residential care. Flexibility, patience, organization, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Good verbal and written communication skills are required, along with either completing or working towards your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and informed. You will keep your Line Manager updated on residents' needs and progress, follow guidelines and policies, and maintain accurate care plans.

Working Hours: 12-hour night shifts, 20:00 - 08:00
