Job description

Team Leader in Care Home - £15.30 per hour

Contract: 24hrs or 48hrs per week available

Working Hours: On a 4-weekly rota, 12-hour day shifts (07:45-20:15), includes alternative weekends

We are looking for a Residential Team Leader at Deerswood Lodge in Crawley. Join a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents. Applicants should have experience working with older adults in residential care, be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing. A QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required, or you should be working towards it.

Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and your line manager, following policies, and maintaining accurate care plans.
