Contract: 24hrs or 48hrs p/w available
Working Hours: On 4 weekly Rota, 12hr day shifts (07:45-20:15), includes alternate weekends

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader at Deerswood Lodge in Crawley. You will join a dedicated team committed to making a difference in residents' lives. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, using the latest technology to enhance your time with service users.
Previous experience working with older adults in residential care is required. You should be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills and a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) are necessary.
Your responsibilities include building relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and your Line Manager, following guidelines and policies, and writing care plans.
