We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Burleys Wood in Crawley. Burleys Wood is a modern care home providing elderly frail nursing and residential dementia care.
As a Team Leader, you should have previous experience working with older adults in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your team. You will ensure families feel welcomed, keep healthcare professionals well-informed, and update your Line Manager on residents’ needs and progress. You should be a team player, able to follow guidelines and policies, and capable of writing care plans effectively.
