As a Team Leader Apprentice, you will...

1. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
2. Deputise the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
3. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
4. Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues promptly.

What your apprenticeship includes

3. Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer.
4. The chance to get Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSE).
5. A Hospitality Team Leader Apprenticeship Qualification upon completion of the 15-month programme.

At Greene King

You'll be working towards your Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Level 3 qualification over the course of 12-18 months.
