Job summary

Career Makers Inc. in Dudley is seeking a Team Leader for adult residential and supported living services. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults.

The role requires Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent), experience in residential care or supported living, and strong safeguarding, communication, and organisational skills. There is clear progression toward Deputy Manager roles with ongoing training.

We are recruiting experienced Team Leaders to join adult residential and supported living services across multiple locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker or existing Team Leader looking to progress within a supportive organisation offering clear development opportunities into Deputy Manager roles.

The Role

You will support the day-to-day running of the service, lead shifts, supervise staff, and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
