Role: Team Leader Adult Social Care

Salary: £32,822.40 per annum

Hours: 4 x 12-hour shifts per week (48 hours/week, including weekends, with on-call responsibilities)

Location: Greater Manchester various supported living and residential sites across Whalley Range, Rochdale, Bury, Openshaw & surrounding areas

Our client is a well-established and respected care provider supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, and behaviours that challenge. They offer high-quality, person-centred support across Greater Manchester through a mix of registered residential care and supported living services.

Operating within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework, the organisation is known for delivering real improvements in quality of life through tailored care and robust staff support

The Opportunity

Were currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join their dedicated care team. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll play a key part in the delivery of compassionate, effective care, while also supporting and guiding a team of Support/Care Workers.

Youll work 4 x 12-hour shifts per week (flexible scheduling, not fixed to a 4-on/4-off pattern), including weekend coverage and participation in the on-call rota.

Proven Team Leader experience in a care setting

Experience in writing, reviewing, and updating care/support plans

Confidence in conducting audits, staff supervisions, return-to-work interviews, and professional discussions

Solid skills in rota planning and staff coordination
