About the role
The Student Experience Admissions team plays a crucial role in guiding applicants through every step of the admissions process. This team is dynamic and versatile, providing exceptional support across multiple customer service channels and ensuring every applicant feels well informed.
We're looking for a Team Leader with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences, ideally someone with a background in a contact centre environment. Experience with eCRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus, and if you bring skills in crafting and delivering successful outbound campaigns that boost retention or drive sales, you’ll feel right at home.
In this role, you'll lead a team that provides clear, practical advice on pathways and delivers high-quality service delivery across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in shaping student experiences and supporting a dedicated team!
