Children’s Residential Support Worker
UK Manual Driving Licence Essential plus previous experience (min 2 years) supporting young people is required for this role.
We are looking to recruit experienced candidates to lead a team supporting children and young people in a residential home setting. Residential support roles require long day shifts with the ability to do sleep-ins overnight at the home.
Our client holds an excellent reputation for offering high-quality residential care and education for children and young people with adverse childhood experiences, including those living with mental health conditions such as Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioral Difficulties, and complex needs.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the young people we support. All successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check and Regulated Activity screening, including a check against the barred children’s list.
