A leading organization is seeking a full-time caregiver to support young individuals with learning difficulties. We are looking for someone with prior experience working with individuals who have learning difficulties in a comparable environment. A driver’s license and an enhanced DBS check are required for the position.
This role involves taking the lead during changes, providing care and support for up to four young people with learning impairments, establishing a caring atmosphere, and planning activities to help them grow and develop.

Salary: £14.15 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, weekends off every other week
Experience: At least one year working with learning disabilities and residential care
