Chopstix is recruiting a Team Leader to lead from the front, guide shifts, and support daily store operations. You will work closely with the management team to drive performance, coach your team, and ensure a high standard of customer service and a memorable dining experience.

You will lead across all areas of the store, maintain great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. We value energy, teamwork, and a hands-on approach from our leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
