Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a busy pub shift, modelling high standards and ensuring customers leave happy. You’ll support the management team, coordinate the team, and keep the bar safe, clean and compliant.

In this role, you’ll train and motivate staff, handle issues as they arise, and maintain a welcoming environment while delivering great service and a memorable guest experience.
