The Role:
- Leadership approach that can nurture effective working relationships with teammates.
- Supporting the DAF Service Manager in:
- Improving performance of advisors.
- Identifying and escalating gaps in business processes.
- Identifying critical actions to ensure stretched goals are achieved by advisors.
- Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, and annual team performance.
- Identifying individual performance opportunities for improvement.
Candidate Attributes
- Support the DAF Service Manager in updating NEC and partner systems with appropriate recording of performance metrics.
- Implement operational processes by conducting a 'trial and improvement' approach to foster further development.
- Maintain a high level of communication with team members and the DAF Service Manager.
- Aid and support in cross-functional projects as business needs change.
- Promote a healthy and inclusive working environment.
Qualifications
Learning and Development:
- The successful candidate will be required to enroll in and complete a Management and Development Qualification, overseen by NEC. In addition, they will also complete the Insights Profile Course.
