Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Wisbech seeks a Team Leader to oversee a dedicated team providing safe, nurturing care for children and young people with complex needs.

You will lead residential support workers, uphold safeguarding standards, and work with families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes, while supporting staff development and ensuring high-quality care on both day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
• A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for making a positive impact in young people’s lives.

Shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Days) & 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM (Nights)

About the Role
