Job summary

Crafted Pubs in Winchester is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has everything needed for a smoothly run operation and maintaining high standards for customer service.

You will lead by example, deputise for management when needed, and ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
