Metal Recycling Team Leader Willenhall Day Shift

Shift: 5:30AM TILL 5:30PM (4ON/4OFF)

Temp to Perm Role (For the right candidate)

AM2PM Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader for our client, a leading metals recycling company based in the Willenhall area.

Your job duties will include the following:

1. Oversee and coordinate metal recycling operations on shift.
2. Operate Counterbalance Forklift safely to move and load materials.
3. Operate a loading shovel to move and manage scrap metal.
4. Monitor machinery, equipment, and yard activity to ensure smooth workflow.
5. Record and report daily production, incidents, and shift outcomes to management.
6. Follow all health & safety guidelines and site procedures.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

1. Valid FLT Counterbalance B1 License.
2. Recent experience as a team leader/supervisor for a minimum of two years.
3. Experience in recycling or metal sorting environment is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.

Afternoon Packer

Location: Caistor

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm

Rate of Pay: £12.30

Position overview: We are seeking enthusiastic Packers for our busy site. In this role, you will be responsible for packing and related duties.

Warehouse Operative

Location: Wolverhampton

Shift: 7am - 3pm

Rate: £12.83 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
