Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a relevant role is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

Job description

Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Whitby

Hourly Rate: £14.50 - £16.00 per hour (DOE)

Working Hours: No less than 37.5 hours per week

Number of Sleeps Required: As required on a 2 on 4 off, c10/11 sleeps per month

Pay Per Sleep: £58.40

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Children and Young People (EBD, Trauma, Neglect)

Qualifications Required: Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (preferred) or enrolled

Experience in Years Required: 1 year

Employment Type: Permanent

Sponsorship is not available.

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
