We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to inspire and motivate our team at Cooplands bakery! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, acting as the right-hand person to ensure smooth operations.

Your role is crucial in promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead and engage the team, participate in food preparation, maintain store cleanliness, and serve our loyal customers.
