Job summary

Greene King is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy shift in our pub environment. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need to run smoothly and that customers remain happy with a warm, memorable service.

You’ll deputise for management, help organise the team during busy periods, maintain safety and compliance, and model excellent service. The role offers development within Greene King’s well‑known brands and a focus on customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
