Job summary

Greene King in Weymouth is seeking a Team Leader who will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and the team maintain high standards to keep customers happy. You’ll deputise for the management team, organise the team during busy shifts, and ensure the bar is safe, clean and compliant with all regulations, delivering memorable service with a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
