Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has what they need for smooth service and high standards. You’ll deliver a warm, memorable customer experience while upholding safety and legal standards.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate a busy team, and maintain the bar’s safety, cleanliness, and compliance. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and exceptional service during peak times.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate pours and service.
• Role model for the team in delivering excellent service.
• Ability to think on your feet during busy shifts.

Responsibilities
